the front desk personnel were courteous and helpful. The room was quiet and mattress exceptionally comfortable! I have an excellent stay. Great hotel for the value.

We were pleasantly surprised by the size of our rooms and the cleanliness, the staff was very nice and helpful when we had questions, the location is great not far from everywhere we wanted to go in Akron or the surrounding area. We would most definitely choose this hotel again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Marriott Akron Downtown. All of the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was modern, spacious and clean. The breakfast at the bistro was delicious.

I always stay here when going to an event at Akron Civic Centre. It’s close and always a pleasure staying there!

I'm recommending this Akron Marriott to anyone and everyone I talk to!! From the cleaning crew to the front desk everyone was cheerful and professional at the same time.

The room was comfy. The staff was pleasant. There was ample free parking within a very short walk.
