We really enjoyed our stay at the Marriott Akron Downtown. All of the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was modern, spacious and clean. The breakfast at the bistro was delicious.

Great hotel, excellent location. Staff was very friendly. Only downfall is they don't have coffee downstairs, you have to buy it.

Michelle at the front desk was so helpful and super nice. this hotel is beautiful and I will definitely be back. I needed to stay in Akron during the bad weather to be close to the hospital I work at, this hotel is super cozy and worth the extra money. Thank you.

Very close to the hospital, friendly staff, discounted our price because we had family at Akron General, overall very nice hotel. Thank you for those things as I traveled from North Carolina for my dad's surgery.

Front desk person “D” was exceptional. We arrived a little earlier and she kept us up to date on our when our rooms were ready and made it happen sooner for us to accommodate our unexpected arrival. Didn’t use any of the amenities. My grandson was disappointed that the pool was closed but we understood since it was due to the COVID 19 restrictions. Glad they follow protocol for our safety.
